Demultiplexing files using Media Muxer.

This tutorial will show you how to demultiplex files to elementary streams.

Back To Main Page

1. Start off by going to Demultiplex menu and selecting Select Source File. In the newly opened window navigate to the file containing the elementary streams that you want to work with.

After that all the found streams will be listed along with some basic information.

2. Next you need to select the folder which will contain the resulting files (by default it is the folder where the source file is found). Do so by choosing Select Destination Folder from the Demultiplex menu.

3. Than you will need to choose which elementary streams from the source file you want to extract. By default all the streams are checked for extraction.

4. You can start the demultiplexing process by selecting Start Demultiplex from the Demultiplex menu or by pressing the button.

After the demultiplexing has been started you will have the option to abort the process by selecting Abort Demultiplex from the Demultiplex menu or by pressing the button.
